Depends on year/model etc. "Super" usually means "deluxe" which could also mean super quiet, or electric shift, etc. Depends.

Exactly what F_R said.

In 1958 there was the biggest difference between the Sea Horse 35 and the Super Sea Horse 35. For instance: pressurized fuel tank vs. fuel pump, single-walled midsection & lower unit vs. Super-Quiet double-wall midsection & lower unit, cowling, colours...
Depends on the year.

In your case, all 1964 Johnsons, 28 horse and up were referred to as Super Sea Horse without regard to the options on the motor, so there you go.
