Johnson 9.9hp 78' Convert tiller to Remote. -Please Help!

Hi everyone, I know many people might ask the same question but I search all around the forum still can not found the correct parts number I need, may be my motor is too old? I see there is cable connection kit call 300 and 400 but i am not sure which one to use.

My motor is a 78 johnson 10el78m tiller model I want to convent to remote, I dont knwo what parts do i need, any of you motor master please help!!!!!
