That has to be a typo. 72 pounds for a 4 stroke? I would believe that for a 2 stroke.

If it's a typo then they made the same error on the Johnson model.

[Edit] You are correct, the weight is 99 pounds and NADA has it wrong.

My '97 9.9 Johnny 4 stroke manual start, very close to identical, weighed 107lb with oil and prop. Add an electric starter and I would say 115 to 125lb.
