Powerhead/LU bolt corrosion

this corrosion looks pretty bad. I'm thinking they need to be replaced with some S/S and anti-seize one at a time. Would it be easy to drill them out if I am unable to remove the bolts?

Do an "Advanced Search" in title only for "BOLT". There have been many methods suggested for stuck/broke bolts. Mostly Patience.....

air chisle with a blunted end,if you put the airchisle on low speed ,applying just a good vibration,you may find the bolt start backing itself out to you can grab it,i did it many times.Before I was given that trick I just used a air chisle with a dull chisle and tapped it til it spun,but as I was doing it,a more experienced guy,grabbed my air chisle,CUT off the blade til there was just a blunt punch and sure as he** didnt the bolt back out.
