Model clarification please

Hello, I am new here.
Can someone please tell me the difference between the two model numbers of what appears to be the same engine? : 85EL76 and 85ETLR76
The engine in question is a 1976 85 hp v4 2 cycle Johnson. There is no id tag on the outside of it to know which one it is.

The "T" is for power tilt/trim. The "R" in this case represents right hand direction of prop rotation.

Really? Weren't they all right hand? But I don't have a better answer.
