1983 Johnson 4.5 head bolt torque

Greetings all,
My first post here. I've found a lot of very useful information on this forum.

Can anyone tell me the proper torque for the head bolts on my 1983 Johnson 4.5? I also need the side plate bolt torque.

Unfortunately it needed the gaskets replaced but I don't know the proper torque.

That's IN LBS not FT LBS

Covers aren't listed in my manual, when I did mine i just tightened them by feel in a criss cross pattern much like the head, I don't think they are as important as the head or main bearing bolts for instance.
