We have been doing a lot of work to our 1994 Johnson marine 115. Replaced a lot of hoses, decarbed, ran lots of carburator cleaner through it, seafoam etc. The boat had not run for a couple of years. Well...THIS MOTOR FINALLY IDLES!, which is the good news. Bad news is that the motor won't shut off when we turn the key off. It just keeps on idling. Any suggestions.
