Oh ya, I grabbed a lower unit from SAMO_OTT on Thursday, he didn't know if it was any good so I bought it with a guaranteed refund, (Steve's a super guy btw) and guess what, it has a broken shock too, I'm starting to think the welding route makes sense, this is getting tiring.
