I know she's far from ready, but I wanted to post a video of her idling.
Not pretty to look at, but wow she pumps good water!
I replaced the impeller. Also, I resealed the lower unit, but
she is still making milk shake. I believe the Permatex Aviation sealer
is what failed. I will use 3M 847 next time around.
At least she shifts smoothly F-N-R. Also, I took the carb off and it looked
very clean, but I still need to adjust it.

Oh, that old grease rag is just holding the throttle open. I need to
replace that twist knob with my tiller handle. Just
haven't gotten around to it yet.

for the sealer id use a anarobic sealer not sure how it worked on my motor since i havent checked the oil yet.


check your idle the flywheel looks like it idling to fast?


adjust your carbs first though then id check it

yea, she's idling way high. I need to adjust the carb.
The Aviation sealer seemed to work for a while then started leaking.
I heard other of folks complaining of failures too.
