geees, you have a 35 year old engine that is seized, and you want to get it going? I guess the very least would be remove the heads and see what is seizing it, if it is rust in the cyclinders, you may be in luck, but the bearings may also be compromised, and if they are, they will surely fail in pretty short time.

Another good case that supports of "engine fogging". You may be able to free it up with are luck and patience. Take off the head and exhaust housing to access the damage. Spray in tons of WD-40 (or whatever penetrating product you have). Let sit and soak overnight. Soak again. Gently work the flywheel back and forth with a prying tool using the lifting ring for leverage. Don't pry on aluminium. Use more force as required. DON'T bash or wail on it. Be patient. This may work.

Or you could tear down the powerhead and access the crank also.
