1962 28 HP Johnson RPM problem

Hi,

My 1962 28 HP Johnson motor doesn't seem to go very hign on RPM. How can i adjust the speed ?

I tried to turn the 2 screw high speed and low speed and it does nothing.

Is there any other way ?

Read the Top Secret File at the top of this forum...specifically, adjusting carbs.
