fuel oil mixture for 1970 4hp johnson

Hi all I am looking for the proper fuel oil mix for a 1970 4hp johnson, I was told it could be 50:1 or 24:1 because it does not have needle bearings.

1964 and after were generally 50:1. Use TCW-3 oil.

Chinewalker,see HERE recommends 40:1
