135 Johnson from pontoon with no tilt/trim!!

I Have a friend that is willing to loan me his 135 Johnson from his pontoon boat until I get My new engine in. It will be going on a wide flat bottom boat.
it has no tilt/trim. Will it work ok on my reg boat or will I have issues lifting it up and down? Is it real heavy lifting up and down?

Well its only about 325 lbs,

But mine is 375 and I've lifted it, really you'd only be rotating the weight around the pivot but you need to loosen the manual release screw first, that might require an impact driver and hammer as they are in there 45lbs torque...and you can't do it in the water.
