Johnson pt/t question

I have a 70hp Johnson with the internal PT/T
looking from the back of the engine on the right hand side of the PT/T assy, there looks what appears to be the fluid bladder, am I correct in saying this and is this the PT/T reservoir? there is a screw sticking out the side of this reservoir, is this where you fill it?

Sounds like you are indeed describing the PTT oil reservoir.Fill instruction is to tilt the motor up to its full tilt postion and engage the tilt support.Fill with proper fluid until level is even with bottom of fill hole.Replace fill plug and operate the trim/tilt up and down several times to remove any trapped air.
