Are you mixing premixing or using a VRO?

yes im mixing. the vro has been bypassed. i put the oil in the tank than the gas.

update............................... i chked the gear oil and bingo it was like milk. hense the overheating. im assuming i have a seal gone?????? or can it be as simple as the o-rings on the screws?

update......... took the boat out and the alarm sounds off intermediatly. on off on off seems to react with the control arm, as going faster. ease off the throttle alarm goes off . short beeps constant beeps on off very weird. could it be a short in the control box, or a lack of gas?
