what is the color of the oil?
is it pure oil or does it smell like gas?

be very carefull.

dont run the motor until you fix the leak.

Crankcase halfs are leaking. BRP replaced several powerheads for this.
If you have warranty it's not problem. If not, you'll probably need to contatct customer service. It was only on 03's.

Most likely it is an accumulation of oil vapors that condense on the vertical throttle shafts and drip down.

You can reach under the throttle bodies and feel the drops of oil sometimes.

What is the model number on your motor. Evinrude redesigned the shaft bushings in 2002 to almost eliminate the oil drip problem. If you have a 2001 or earlier motor, that is normal.

This is assuming that there is no leak in the oil hoses, clamps, or pumps. Only a visual inspection will tell.
