Rebuilding carb on a '64 Johnson 5.5hp. Have the Original service manual and it calls for a special tool to remove the fixed jet behind the drain screw in the float bowl orifice.
Have called a couple marinas and the mechanics said just use a tight fitting flat head screw driver. I don't want to do this and risk mangling the jet.
Can you still find these tools or do you have to fab one for yourself.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
