Vintage Johnson 20 year?

Going to bring back my old Johnson 20 seahorse to running condition. (it's been sitting outdoors a couple of years!) the Model number is 20RL71 S, with the serial number being E3430561.
Thanks for any help and recommendations.

It's a 71 long shaft alright! Got to get a manual from the library or used book store as one (looks like it has something to do with automatic choke or load) black rubber diaphram unit is just hanging there loose (near the carbirator).
it has one wire still attached under the motor in the well. (probably ground)

The factory service manual will make the job a lot easier. Search Ebay for
140014901872. You won't find a better deal.
