1956 evinrude steering cable bracket

Anyone got an idea where I might find a steering bracket for a 1956 evinrude 30 hp. I need the bracket that hooks the tiller cabls to the motor.

I had one some time ago, but put it on e-bay. It brought 3 times what I figured it would.

Go to the Antique Outboard Motors Club website at aomci.org and place a free want ad on their Webvertize classified ads page. You'll find one there, I'm sure.

they are on ebay all the time, ebay motors, boat parts, steering and controls

just went to ebay there is one in a complete steering kit, ebay # 250173266602 around $10.00 1 day left.
