Johnson 110 Power packs

Hi question, My engine had a problem with right bank not firing plugs, replaced power pack everthing is good now, left side still has original power pack ( still works), question should I replace the left side now too? how long is the original pack good for? Thanks for any replies!!!!!!

Power packs can last forever. I wouldn't spend the money on one until it was needed.

A power pack is either good or bad, and there is no in between. That being said, It makes sense to replace it when (or IF) it goes bad.
