crankcase evinrude 75 hp 2005 OVERSIZED BEARINGS

Just bought an 2005 75 hp that has seen saltwater in internalparts for 250 euro?s. Problem the previous owner took it apart did not clean en it sat for 4 month?s

The crankcase en connection rod is the wurst the place where the needle bearings go is rusted.

The cilinder en pistons look funny to no scraches but dark colored staines

Everything new with oversized pistons is about 2500 dollars this is to expensive for me

SO I WONDERD ARE THERE OVERSIZED NEEDLE BEARINGS to go between connection rod and crankcase

Then I can polish the crankcase to a smaller size and put oversized pistons in.

Is there anyone with experience with this problem
