My motor is sneezing and stalling at idle, I have set timing, link and sync, plugs ,rebuilt carbs, new coils. still sneezing, I found a broken recirculating valve hose would this be the cause and if so should I replace or clean the valves at the same time? Thx for any help!!!

Yes it would. That would give you an air leak into that cylinder. The valve is a check valve, and will flow only one way. If you have a pump oil can, fill it with gas, attach a hose to the valve, and check it with that. The manual calls for using a shringe, but how many people have one of those.

waubau, that recirc hose is definately the cause of the sneeze. Do as alias marysboats said or use spraycan of gumout type cleaner and while youre doing one might as well do em all and replace the hoses if one broke the others are sure to follow
