1997 johnson 225 venom drops cyl at random

johnson 225 problem happens at no specific time temp throttle will happen full mid throttle or at idle had a test light when it was acting up had no spark #5 cyl looked for pulse from power pack no pulse heres what has been replaced spark plugs power pack coils last yr before problem ing switch any help would be great thank you captn bass

hi, i had the same problem with the engine running with load on it ohm the coil on the # 5 the specs for the range should be available in a Seloc manual or ask around 400-500my guess or switch a coil that you know is good,, with the suspect coil and see if it misfires on a different cylinder hope that will help you good luck.....Cat
