Anyone know where I can get an inexpensive Service Manual for a 1986 Johnson Model # J8RCDE without having to spend $110.00?

the greatest manual in the world is this forum. information is free, simply ask the question. someone will be along that has the knowledge required to answer the question. the boatinfo site is where I would have sent you, however its been down for a while and may not ever be back

Go to E-bay.com and type in the service manual that you want. A few pages of the correct manual will come up and take your pick! I just bought one from E-bay for my 6 H.P 1991 Evinrude. Came in the mail in 5 days and looks like brand new for $14.95 & free delivery. There are many service manuals on there for under $20 with delivery. Check it out.
