I have the old Johnson 10hp seahorse, I took apart and clean it and also replaced the Ignition coils, it starts ok but seems to have these problems:
1. the engine seems running rough and vibrations
2. seems to have starting problem if I did not use the kill switch to stop the engine on last use and or if I forget to pull the Chokeout befor pull starting, it got flooded.

I think the engine is ok except I need the fine tuning procedure... can some one help and give me a details as how to adjust / tune the Low Speed and the High speed... I notice on the High speed adjustment, it is not just a needle but on the needle there is a threaded aluminum sleeve and I don't know what position it supose to be on before I adjust the needle....as for the low speed, when it idle on low speed, it woudn't stay running smooth but sounds back firing and then die .....
Thanks in advance
