I need help on this one. My 120 HP 1990 Johnson will not raise up. When I press the switch on the handle the motor on the power trim and tilt makes a noise but nothing happens. It sound like the PT and T motor is operating in slow motion and the sound of the motor is weak. The battery is good and I checked the reservoir and it was full of fluid.
