10 ohm 10 watt resistor for power pack output test

If anyone is in need of the resistor in title, pm me. I ordered it from Amazon thinking it was only 1 bit package is actually 10. I'm more than happy to send you one if needed just pay mailing cost. Happy Boating

I have a power pack that I am suspect to be an issue, do you have a link or some more info about how to test a power pack? I assume it involves a 10 ohm 10 watt resistor haha. (and if it does I would be interested in taking one off of your hands!)

Go to cdielectronics.com for power pack testing.

boobie, if you look at cdi troubleshooting steps, they don't said that you can use this resistor, whereas in the OEM manual says use this if you don't have required test tool to load the output of the power pack.

I made one up like this years ago and it worked real good. Then somebody in the shop bought a PL-88 and we had 2 of them. Trust the OEM manual.

yeah, that's why I figured since I ordered what I thought was only 1 but it's actually 10 i figured if someone else needs 1 I'll give it to them.
