2004 Johnson 115 hp Fast Strike bogging down

My Johnson 115 was running fine, 5500rpm at WOT. Two outings ago started to miss and dropped 300 rpm. Today it did not want to come up on pad, continually had to feather hot foot to get it up. Once up on pad it was missing and only had 5000 rpm at WOT. I do not use unleaded gas. Before going out today I added a bottle of "Heet" and a can of Sea Foam. Also installed new plugs before heading out today

Do a cylinder drop test on it when it's acting up to see what cylinder is bad.

I have spark at all cylinders, did a compression check and they measure at 105-115. #1 cylinder is lowest with 105psi. I have not messed with the carbs but could they be an issue.
