Evinrude SPL112 supposed to go fishing tomorrow and motor trims up fine but won't go down at all!

If I release the screw it slowly falls.

Both relays click for up and down and the pump runs for down but doesn't actually pull the motor down even if I stand on the engine.

Help please! Bad pump?

I tried swapping relays to no avail

Well I can rule out the motor. I took the whole trim assembly off removed the motor and it spins perfectly both ways when applying 12V

I disconnected the lines to the actual trim cylinder and it's almost impossible to push up or down by hand without any fluid in it. Is this normal?

Seems I got it figured out.

Took the entire assembly apart and found under the motor there's almost like a little pump assembly it slides into....there's was like a plunger that was all gummed up took it out cleaned it re assembled and it's going up and down no problem now.

There's also 3 hydro arms one big one and 2 little ones the 2 little ones wouldn't move at all until I took it all apart I believe that helped fix it as well
