My 1976 evinrude triumph 70 HP stalls at low RPM but runs at high RPM

I took it out on the water turned up the warm up lever lower took off went about 30 yds then the motor cut out at about quarter throttle I think it might be a blocked fuel line

Sorry its this one I just wasnt thinking when i posted that. If you could help me it would be greatly appreciated

Maybe time to look over the entire fuel system to include the carbs. If you haven't disassembled them and install carb kits, I would do that first. But that is just my thinking. JMHO

It stalls whenever i go to give it full throttle it gets to about 50% throttle then dies. The only time it stays running is when the warmup lever is up

And then whever i attempt to start again it starts then dies unless warmup lever is up
