Well Fraft....ain't never had the opportunity to work on one but.....I would guess that you turn both high and low speed needles in till they GENTLY seat. Back the high speed needle out 1/2 turn and back the low speed needle out 3/4 of a turn. Make sure the packing followers are snug. Run the engine in the water and set the high speed needle for best high speed operation. Throttle down to idle and then set the low speed needle for best idle. Once the low speed needle is adjusted, back it out a 1/4 turn to keep it from running to lean.
