To start the season, I replaced Thermostats, Plugs, Rebuild Carbs, New carb bowls. Engine starts on hose with no issue. seems to idle great, get out of slip and outside no wake zone and cannot get the engine move faster once above 1600rpms RPMS go up but engine not accelerating and does not sound good.
Here is a video going from Idle trying to increase up to 3,000 rpms. When you de-accelerate quickly it will stall out.

I thought it was shift interrupt switch. Tried un-grounding it and even remove it and did not make a difference. The switch seems to function since when it is grounded and manually press can see drop of 3 cylinders. So i think we have ruled this out.
Boat is in the slip, i haven't pulled since i can't replicate out of the water, i am hoping i can diagnose and repair while in the water if possible.
