I had to replace the exhaust gasket on my evinrude 110 it has the bubble back
When I removed the water jacket in the exhaust I had to drill out the long bolt in the middle of it and I damaged the water jacket
I was planning on replacing it with a flat back exhaust cover but on the bottom of the exhaust cavity there seems to be a piece of the block missing in the middle so the flat back water jacket has an extra hole for a bolt
But there's no hole in the block for it
And there will be a hole for water to go into the exhaust
Anyway I could use the flat back or do I have to use the bubble back exhaust?
Or can I fix the bandaged area on the bubble back water jacket with JB weld
I damaged where the long middle bolt goes through the hole is slightly ovaled
