Bought a wellcraft offshore 18 with a 155hp evinrude, did complete maintenance on engine new plugs, new wires, new coils, new power packs, new fuel line with filter, new check valve on gas tank, engine was decarbed, compression is 105 in every cilynder, engine run strong but max throttle is 4500 Rpm, according to CDI the power packs can handle 5500 rpm i dont know if is specifically for my engine or other engine model.
