I have twins on my Grady 25 Sailfish. Are they NMEA compliant and is there a way to monitor them via an appropriate 'all-in-one' unit?

Need model #s. If they are carbureted models I don't believe you can as that usually hooks up to the ECM on the motor. You have no ECM

I have a 1997 Evinrude Ocean Pro.

Your answer is no and not that I'm aware of. You have analog signals to work with

Nothing Nmea to work with. You could add reasonably priced nmea 2k fuel flow meters that can hang on the backbone network and with a decent GPS you can get GPH and miles per gallon.
