Untitled.jpg So the boat I bought had a tilt trim actuator laying in the back of it with all of the wiring. I hooked up power to it and it works fine, it goes all the way up and down. I can barely make out the serial number but I'm pretty sure it is #0173946 and it is made by Prestolite. I am not sure what motor it came off of since the motor that was on the boat (1970 60hp johnson) had no bracket for using this actuator. I ended up just buying a CMC tilt trim (which is awesome btw) so I have no use for this one. It would be nice to get some information on it like what year/hp motors it was used on. I tried looking around but can't find any details on it other than it is discontinued.

Anyone have any information on this tilt trim?

Thanks

Used on the 2 cylinder motors 50 / 60 hp.-----And it is only a TILT unit.------It can not be used as a TRIM unit.
