Hi i just replace the base gasket with the oem gasket put everything together enhine start and run very nice better than before, my question is with the engine off throttle in neutral the propeller spin freely, with engine off when i shift forward the propeller doesn't spin, when i shift reverse the prop dont spin, i start the engine with the muff and shift forward and propeller spin, reverse spin, is normal with the engine off the shifter forward the propeller dont spin, i used to have a i/o and with the motor off and shift forward the prop lock to one side but is free the other side, is the same on a outboard?
