1987 Johnson 60hp VRO leaking fuel/oil not sure why

I was wondering if this is something I should be concerned with and if so where do I begin to look for the problem? Thanks!

Gasket between block and exhaust housing could be the issue.----If this is the 49 cubic inch motor it could be a leaking exhaust cover.

Could also be a leaking carb. How does it run?

It runs ok, seemed to idle high last time I was out. I think I will start by checking out the carbs.
