New battery, solenoid, power pack, stator, coils still no spark?
Disconnected the black/yellow kill wire. No Spark?
What else could I check that could cause a no spark situation?

Instead of throwing parts go to cdi .com and try their trouble shooting guide.

Did you hook up the grounds for the pack and coils?

How are you testing for spark?

Checked your key switch?

Are there more than 2 grounds on power pack? I only show 1, which is connected to the top of power pack.
I am testing for spark with a auto shop spark tester. One end in plug wire & the other on the top end of plug.
How should I check the key switch?

Yes, test the timer base. It is an integral part of the ignition system. If it does not put out the correct voltage, the engine will not spark. Use the cdielectronics.com troubleshooting guide-look for your specific engine.

Spark from all 4 cylinder's.
Thanks for your help!
