Yes. Easiest way is to find yourself a short shaft lower unit. They are a frequent item on eBay. Also likely to be had at your local outboard salvage yard. Lots of them in Michigan....<br /><br />Specifically, you'd need the short driveshaft, short water tube (existing one can be shortened), and short shift rod connector (assuming the one you have has an extension and not a longr shift rod).<br />- Scott
