1993 Evinrude 150 spitfire v6 throttle issuse

Ok here it goes. My engine isnt allowing me past 2500 rpm now if I hold the enrichiner (I am running 50:1 right now) it will hit 5600 and plane out and everything. The bowls are filling with fuel all six. My guess is there is an air leak behind the throttle plates or I have a goofed up reed valve and it's not sucking the fuel into the bore out of the carb.

What did you work on or repair?? When did it start this??? Than is a lean symptom due to air leaks or weak fuel pressure...

We've done a seperate tank test with an electric pump and a the vro. It was tank bulb fuel pump to rails. Skipping the filter and vapor seperator. Non ethenol gas and both did the same.

We've also used mutiple vro pumps one from my buddys johnson. Also I had replaced my carb bowls and seal when this all started happening but I also ended up with a electronic issue that we had fixed the optic sensor burnt out.
