It has the screw in power pack. When I pull the spark plugs I get fire (sometimes) on all cylinders. When I have the plugs in I don't. I am getting almost as many RPM with the plugs in. Definitely enough where I should be getting fire.

1. DVA on the stator is good.
2. Resistance on the stator I get no reading at all or an open reading.
3. The trigger resistance and DVA output are both good.
4. Getting around 60-70 volts DVA on the orange wires while hooked up to the coils.
5. Checked grounds, unhooked kill wire.

I am sure I will need more information but here is my starting point.

You will find the spark plugs will spark when they dangle by the head. Does not take much voltage fire them that way. Takes tons more voltage to fire them when under compression. You may have low voltage to the plugs. I always prefer to check stator output voltage when cranking with a special DVA. A normal household voltmeter won't read correctly. On a V4, you should see something like 150-400 volts minimum cranking voltage. Check out: CDIElectronics.com

I did check the stator output with a DVA. It was 240ish. I think I tested them with them the wires off the pack. Could that be my problem?
