2005 Johnson 40hp 2stroke engine pack change out

Hey y'all, a buddy blew his engine off his 2005 Johnson outboard 40hp. I found him a good used power unit, complete and got it in the mail. Is this power unit difficult to switch out. From what I can tell by looking at the blown one on the unit and the one in the crate, doesn't appear that you got to disassemble the motor to change 'em. Is there a video or has someone done this recently and can post a few pointers. I own a vintage motorcycle restoration shop, so I'm very mechanically inclined. Need to do this job tomorrow (Friday) anyone like to hook me up with some info?

Are you swapping out the power head or the "power pack"? The power head is the engine, the power pack is a little electronic box filled with majic smoke.
