This is my Qd-19. Same plate. We did adjust the Qd so we could get a higher in neutral. But I can post that later if someone wants/need to see it. But look at the difference between the two motors. Both in F one it's the upper arm of the shifter. The other is off by a 1/4in. the Evinrude it's the front arm. And that's as far as I can go.
