First start after 6-8 years 1983 evinrude 140 v4 smoking

I just acquired a 83 evinrude v4 140hp w/ hydraulic tilt and trim and it smokes a lot. I got it running for the first time in 6-8 years anyone have any ideas carbon build up etc? I did run a little more oil just to make sure everything got lubricated. Between 40:1-50:1. It is not smokeless oil either

May be all the old gas and fuel running out of it. Have you gone through the carbs at all is it pumping water.

All new gas and yes it is pumping water
