How do I know what power pack to get?

I have a 89 60 hp 3 cylinder evinrude and I think my Chinese power pack is going out again. My question is how do I know if I need the one with the rev limiter or the one with out it? I dont know if my motor has the SLOW system on it? Model # is e60tlcea

Hi there. Using shop.evinrude you need p/n 583748 which iBoats sells (cheap with the summer sale) Always safer going with the part number right from the diagrams for official OEM

Most all of them are rev limited at 5800 anymore. It's the "slow" system which varies by year.
