What year is this Johnson 25 hp outboard?

Hello,

This outboard has no info sticker so I have no idea of the model and serial number. I need a waterpump kit and carb kit but have no idea what to order. it is a long shaft.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Does the shift rod disconnect behind the intake screen or be hind an oval port on the side of the mid?

Just acquired the motor so not sure about the shift rod disconnect or exhaust. The person I bought it from said it's an early 90s but could not say for sure. Your opinions at least coincide with that so I feel more comfortable now. The waterpump kits are for 1985 and up so shouldn't be an issue. I assume carb kits are the same as well. Thank you guys!
