Two line fuel tank conversion

I have a 1957 Evinrude 35 HP I would like to add a fuel pump to it it has the side cover with the mounting bosses would pump #18-7352 would work in this motor.. Thank you guys for any help...

You want 18-7351 to get the proper hose nipple sizes and the pulse hole on the back. Never mind what it says in the book about horsepower---that's only because it is a drop-in replacement for those models. Move the bypass cover to the upper cylinder (and drill & tap it for the pump) You won't need the glass filter any more. There is a filter screen in the plastic pump cover. And of course you will have to install new hoses.
