Blown fuse from hooking up battery wrong? 2003 Johnson 90hp

I accidentally put the negative and positive cable on the wrong terminals when hooking my battery back up and now the engine won't start. I have read a few places that it could be as simple as a blown fuse, but I can't seem to find the fuse. The engine is a 2003 Johnson 90 four stroke O/B. Any ideas out there on where to look for the fuse or other ways to see if this is what is wrong?

Sorry if this has been answered before, I couldn't find it. Thanks for any help in advance!

Parts book shows one of those plastic blade-type fuses, but not well enough to show where it is.

It appears to be part of the main part of the wiring harness. #7 in the diagram below
but # 12 is also a fuse assy , or is that the holder for #7

I would be concerned that the rectifier may also have been damaged.
