Water outlet T'd

I just bought a 1992 Johnson 60hp and the water outlet is T'd off. One of the outlets goes to the pee hole, the other is open to spray inside the cowling. Is this suppose to be like that? I do not see any extra tubing floating around that could have came off the connection.

I would suspect the open line went to a water pressure gauge, in the source boat. A water pressure gauge is a good idea, BTW.

You are also going to want to relocate that indicator line as there is a service bulletin for it. the service bulletin # is 2276
